The data controller is Web in Walk, located at Strada Isorella 6n, 25016 Ghedi (BS), Italy. For any request regarding the processing of personal data you can write to info@webinwalk.it.

We process the following categories of personal data:

• Contact data provided voluntarily through the contact form: first name, last name, email address, phone number, company name and message content.
• Newsletter subscription data, where enabled: email address and optional name.
• Technical and browsing data collected automatically, including the IP address, processed solely for security and abuse-prevention purposes.
• Data collected through cookies and similar technologies, as described in the Cookie Policy.

Personal data are processed for the following purposes and legal bases:

• Responding to enquiries sent through the contact form and providing the requested information, on the basis of responding to the data subject’s request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Sending marketing communications and newsletters, only with free, specific and revocable consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
• Ensuring the security of the website and preventing abuse (e.g. rate limiting), based on the controller’s legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
• Complying with legal obligations to which the controller is subject (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).

Providing the data marked as required in the form is necessary to handle the request; without it we cannot reply.

Data are processed using electronic tools, with appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure security and confidentiality, including encryption of communications in transit (HTTPS) and access restricted to authorised persons only. No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.

• Data submitted through the contact form are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and, in any case, no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless legal obligations require otherwise.
• The IP address is kept for security purposes and is anonymised or deleted within 90 days.
• Newsletter data are kept until consent is withdrawn (unsubscribe).

Data are not disclosed or sold to third parties for their own purposes. They may be processed on our behalf, as data processors under Art. 28 GDPR, by the following providers:

• Vercel Inc.: website and database hosting (cloud infrastructure).
• SMTP mail server (mail.webinwalk.it): sending the transactional emails generated by the contact form.

An appropriate Data Processing Agreement is in place or planned with each provider.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case, transfers take place under appropriate safeguards pursuant to Art. 44 et seq. of the GDPR, such as European Commission adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

At any time you may exercise the rights set out in Articles 15-22 of the GDPR:

• access to your personal data;
• rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
• erasure of your data (right to be forgotten);
• restriction of processing;
• objection to processing;
• data portability in a structured, machine-readable format;
• withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
